The petition of John Court praying for administration on the estate of Robt. McCrae deceased granted on his giving security in the sum of two hundred pounds securitys Joshua Swain & Jessy Young ordered the Secretary have notice that letters of administration may issue thereon recorded.
Ordered that William Halsey Giles Long and James Long Esqrs. and Mr. Andrew Long or any three of them be appointed dividers to divide the estate of Robert McCrae deceased and return the same to next court.
