Petition January Term 1793 by Dorothy McDonald executrix of Wm. McDonald to recover a debt of Josua Leary & Jeremiah Fraser per a note dated 10 Apr 1792 binding them to Dorothy McDonald for a debt of 27 pounds, 10 shillings & 6 pence.

Execution dated 25 Jul 1793 and issued 15 Aug 1793 against Josua Leary & Jeremiah Frasier Esqr. in the amount of 33 pounds, 4 shillings & 4 pence for debt, damages & costs in a suit brought by Dorothy McDonald executrix of Wm. McDonald deceased.
