Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
April Session 1791
Ordered that William McDaniel have leave to administer on the estate of Reuben McDaniel deceased and give bond 200 pounds Bartlett Jones & John Foster securities & qualifyed by taking the oath prescribed by law.
Also the said William McDaniel administrator returns into court on oath an inventory of the estate of Reuben McDaniel deceased ordered to be filed.
Ordered that William McDaniel administrator of Reuben McDaniel deceased have leave to sell the estate of the said deceased & make return to next court.
July Session 1791
John Snell Dputy Sheriff exhibits into court an account of sales of the estate of Reuben McDaniel to amount of 61 pounds, 17 shillings & 6 pence.
