Joseph Meekins returned in open court an inventory & account of sales of the estate of Mary McHenry proved & filed.

Joseph Mekins administrator to Mary McHenry file in the clerks office an advertisement notice to her creditors.
April Session 1821
Ordered that Joseph White John A. Patrick & Thomas Sikes be appointed to audite settle & divide the estate of Mary McHenry with administrator & legal representatives of said deceased & make report to the next term.
An inventory of the estate of Mary McHenry deceased was returned in open court on oath by Joseph Meekins her administrator & filed.

Bond dated 13 April 1819 in the amount of seven hundred dollars appointing Joseph Meekins administrator of the estate of Mary McHenry deceased, John Cooper & Isaac Tarkenton securities.
Audit, settlement and division of the estate of Mary McHenry on 19 May 1821. The estate amounted to $83.36 which was divided among her heirs, John Meekins, Thomas Meekins, Joseph Meekins, William Meekins, Aden Meekins & Dorcas Simmons.
Transcriber's Notes:
Tyrrell County marriage bonds show the marriage of Dorcas Meekins to Samuel Simeons on 16 Aug 1791, Joseph Jennit security.
This is either a case of Mary McHenry having had a previous marriage to a Meekins or a case in which the Meekins are her siblings.
