January Session 1814
Ordered Ordered that Moses E. Cator have leave to administer on the estate of Mitchell McGlaughlin and has given bond in the sum of five hundred dollars - - Jesse Alexander Esqr. & Richd. Howett Junr. securities.
Ordered that Moses E. Cator administrator of the estate of Mitchell McGlaughlin sell the estate of said deceased agreeable to law & make return to next court.
April Session 1814
The inventory & account sales of the estate of Mitchell McLaughlin was returned in court on oath by Moses E. Cator the administrator & filed.
July Session 1814
An inventory of part of the estate of Mitchell McLaughlin deceased was returned on oath by Moses E. Cator his administrator & ordered filed.
Ordered that Solomon Hassell Esqr. be appointed guardian to John & Polly McLaughlin orphans of Mitchell McLaughlin deceased and has entered into bond in the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds Richd. Howett Senr. & Richd. Howett Junr. securities.
Ordered that James Hoskins Esqr. Robt. Wynne & John Haughton audite & settle the estate of Mitchell McLaughlin deceased with the administrator & make reurn to next term.
