Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
January Session 1820
William Walker was appointed guardian to Polly Midyett orphan of Spencer Midyett deceased & entered into bond with approved security ordered that he receive the estate of the said orphan into his possession & account for the same as the law directs.
October Session 1830
Ordered that Saml. B. Spruill be appointed guardian to Mary Midgett & that he give bond with Danl. N. Bateman & Richard Wood in the sum of $3,000.
