Ordered that Samuel Chesson Esqr. have leave of administration on the estate of John Miller deceased who was drowned and give bond in 200 pounds Simeon Spruill & Joseph Phelps Esqr. securitys.
Ordered that Samuel Chesson Esqr. administrator have leave to sell the perishable estate of John Miller deceased and make return to next court.
July Session 1793
Asa Phelps Deputy Sheriff exhibits into court an account of sales of John Miller deceased to amount of 41 pounds & 3 pence & filed.
