Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
January Session 1815
Ordered that Joseph Mann Junr. have leave of administration on the estate of Christian Mann deceased & has entered into bond in the sum of five thousand dollars Ewd. Mann & Saml. Midyett securities.
Ordered that Joseph Mann administrator of the estate of Christian Mann deceased sell the estate of said deceased agreeable to law & make return to next term.
April Session 1815
Joseph Mann administrator of Christian Mann deceased returned into court the inventory of the estate of said deceased at same time returned an account of sales of said deceased to amount of $682.37.
July Session 1815
Ordered that Samuel Spruill Edward Mann Senr. and William Owens Esqr. be appointed to audite and settle the estate of Samuel and Christian Mann deceased and make a division of said estate and make return to next court.
October Session 1815
The audited accounts and division of the estate of Samuell and Christian Mann deceased was returned into court by Saml. Spruill Esqr. ordered to be recorded.

Bond dated 10 Apr 1815 in the amount of one thousand pounds appointing Joseph Mann guardian to Christian Mann orphan of Samuel Mann deceased, Edward Mann & William Combs security.
Bond dated 10 Apr 1815 in the amount of one thousand pounds appointing Edward Mann Junr. guardian to Fanny Mann orphan of Samuel Mann deceased, Edward Mann Senr. & Joseph Mann security.
Division of the estate of Samuel & Christian Mann deceased on 28 Aug 1815. The accounts of Joseph Mann administrator of the estate of Samuel & Christian Mann were examined and a balance due the estate of $1615.80 was found. This was divided into five equal shares of $323.16 distributed according to the will to Joseph Mann, Edward Mann, Polley Carroon, Christian Mann and Fanny Mann.
