Return to Tyrrell County Wills IntroductionI Thos. E. Mann of the State of North Carolina Tyrrell County, being sick in body but of sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament.
Item - I give unto my grandmother Rosina Leigh all of the money in the hand of Samul Leigh my grandson, that I inherited by the death of my uncle Benj. Leigh, also the money that is in his hands, that I inhereted by the sale of my grand mothers left in her possession by my grand father Thos. Leigh & was sold for a division ---
Item - I lend unto my brother Ephram Mann during his natural life, the residue of my estate and should he die without leaving lawful heirs of his body I give it to be equally divided between my uncle Samuel Leigh and his heirs and my uncle Thos. Manns heirs. I further nominate and appoint by frend H. G. Sprll excutor to this my last will and testament March 13, 1840.
