Ordered that Jos. Mann administer on the estate of Samuel Mann deceased and that he enter into bond of two thousand dollars with Benjamin Midyett & John Rollins as securities.

Account of sales of Samuel Mann was returned by Jos. Mann the administrator.

Bond dated 24 Jan 1842 in the amount of $2,000 appointing Jos. Mann administrator of the estate of Saml. Mann deceased, Benjn. Midyett & John M. Rollins securities.
Undated petition by Joseph Mann, administrator of Samuel Mann, who shows that Samuel Mann departed this life on or about 20 Dec 1841 intestate and the said Joseph Mann took letters of administration on his estate at the present term. Petitioner took into his hands the estate of Samuel Mann which includes negros Lydia, Apha & Luck and in order to effect a distribution among the several heirs, which are 14 in number, sale is found to be necessary. Petitioner requests a court order for such sale.
