Division of the lands of John Mann deceased agreeable to the last will and testament of said deceased and pursuant to court
order in January Term 1796 and filed April Term 1796. Land consists of 263 and 3/4 acres known as Spencers Point on the low end of
Croatan joining Spencers Creek and valued at 150 pounds. Lots and devisees are:
Lot 1 - The heir of Joseph Mann Senr. deceased by purchase
Lot 2 - Samuel Mann heir to Joseph Mann deceased
Lot 3 - The heir of Theophilus Mann
Lot 4 - The heirs of Joseph Mann Junr. & the heir to Thomas Mann deceased
Lot 5 - John Mann heir to William Mann deceased
