Read the petition of James Gainer setting forth that John Marks orphan of Elias Marks deceased who is likely to become chargable to this parish &c. Ordered that the sd. John Marks be bound an apprentice to James Gainer & that he take the estate of the sd. orphan into his hand wheresoever to be found in this Province.
