In the name of God amen: The sixteenth of October in one thousand seven hundred and seventy three I Robinson Marriner of the County of Tyrrel Planter being very sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God therefore calling to the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my last Will and Testement that is to say principaly and first of all I give and recommend my soul into the hands of God that gave and my body I recommend to the earth to be buried in a decent Christian burial at the derection of executors nothing doubting but at the General Resurrection I shall receive same again by the mighty power of God and as touching suce worldly wheare with it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I give and desmis and dispose of the same in the following manner and form.

Imprimas - I give and bequeath unto my well beloved wife Ann Marener one negor boy Peter and one negor wench called Lindia togeather with all my the rest of my estate by her and her heirs freely to be possest and enjoyed whom I likewise constitute and ordain my soul exectricks and I do hereby utterly disallow revoak and disanul all and every other former Testaments Wills and Legacies and Bequeaths and executors by me in any wise before named Willed and bequeathed ratefying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testement in witness heare of I have heareunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.

The last will of Robinson Marriner was proved by the oath of Elendor Howet one of the subscribing evidences thereto ordered that the Secretary have notice as letters may issue.

Account of the guardianship of Ann Mariner mother of the orpans of Robinson Mariner for the year 1775. Negroes Bob hired to John Ansley, Jane hired to Rowland Lodge and Dinah a child. Mentions there are three orphans.

Inventory of the estate of Robinson Mariner deceased listing the three negroes named above. In 1776 Bob hired to Jer. Swain and Jane hired to Zilphy Mariner.
