Muse, William T., 1825
Petition by John B. Blount in July Term 1825 who states that he was appointed guardian to the heirs of William T. Muse by the county court of Pasquotank County and that since he was so appointed he has received notice of several considerable debts against the estate of said heirs viz. John & William Muse. Amongst other real estate descended to the heirs is a tract of land in Tyrrell County known as the Starr Land. The debts make it necessary to sell this land and he prays an order by the court to do so.
