Read the petition of Elenor Mizell praying letters of administration on the estate of William Mizell her deceased husband &c. ordered that the clerk certify the same to the Secretary of the Province that letters issue according to the prayer of the petition Luke & John Mizell securities in the sum of two hundred pounds procla. money.

John Mizell exhibited an inventory of the estate of William Mizell proved before Edmd. Smithwick Esqr. ordered filed.
