Ordered that Jno. Clayton Esqr. Jno. A. Patrick and Thos. Liverman Esqr. or a majority of them be appointed to audite settle and divide the estate of Clarisey Neel among the representatives and make return to next court.
April Session 1803
Ordered that John Clayton Jona. A. Patrick & Thos. Liverman Esqrs. be appointed to divide the estate of Clarisa Neel among the representatives and make returns to next court.
July Session 1803
Ordered that Richard Davis Jesse Alexander and Charles Spruill or a majority of them be appointed to audite and divide the estate of Clarisa Neel and make return to next court.
Transcriber;s Notes:
The will of William Neel in 1790 lists a daughter named Clarissa. Court minutes indicate she was under guardianship as late as 1802.
