Summons dated 26 Jan 1830 for John Norman administrator of Nehemiah Norman deceased to appear before a Justice of the Peace on the first Saturday in February 1830 at Zebulon Tarkentons to answer the plea of David M. Sargent of debt in the amount of six dollars.
Summons dated the 4th Monday of July 1830 for Charles P. Phelps to attend court on the 4th Monday in January next and testify on behalf of David M. Sargent in a suit wherein David M. Sargent is plaintiff and Jno. Norman administrator of Nehemiah Norman is defendant.
