Ira E. Norman being of sound mind and memory do this day
make this my last will in manner as follows-
I leave unto my wife Zilphia her support during her natural life. I
give unto my 3 sons J. R. Norman, I. E. Norman, B. F. Norman my land and
tenements to be equally divided between them -
I give negro Anis to my two daughters P. A. Norman, H. A.
Norman to be equally divided between them -
I give B. F. Norman one hundred dollars in cash I give Priscilla
Hester Ellis & Franklin 1 bed & furnitue each the residue to the 4
last named except the Blacksmith tools I give to Joseph R. Norman.
Signed Sealed in the presence of I. E. Norman (Seal)
Tyrrel County Court Then personally appeared S. S. Simmons & James F. Davenport and
stated on oath that the foregoing name of Ira E. Norman was his genuine
signature, and the foregoing paper writing was ordered to be recorded as the
last Will and Testatment of Ira E. Norman decd. So as to pass both real
& personal estate -
