Newberry, John, 1830
Warrant dated 20 Aug 1830 for Cleaphas Wiley to appear at court on the 28th day of August to answer the complaint of Abraham Newbury executor of John Newbury deceased in a plea of debt due by note of one dollar and fifty cents plus one dollar in damages. Judgement was rendered against Cleaphas Wiley for one dollar and fifty cents plus interest from 13 Mar 1822. On 24 Dec 1830 the defendant made bond with security for payment of the judgement. Including costs he owed $3.20.
