October Session 1788
Ordered that Joseph Oliver take into his possession all the estate of his brother Annias Oliver who is suggested to be drowned and return an inventory of said estate to next court.
January Session 1789
Ordered that Joseph Oliver have leave of administration on the estate of Ananias Oliver suggested to be dead and give bond in 500 pounds Jeremiah Frasier and Benjamin Tarkinton Junr. securities.
