I William Orr of the town of Washington County of Beaufort and State of North Carolina do make constitute and declare this to be my last and only Will and Testament as follows.
I give and bequeath all property whatsoever real or personal which I now posses or may hereafter or to which I am now entitled or may be hereafter entitled to in any manner or way whatsoever whether by acscent or otherwise unto William Augustus Blount the youngest son of John Gray Blount his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever and him the said William Blount and my friend John Gray Blount I wish to act as my Executors. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 28 day of October 1810

Then was this the last Will and Testament of William Orr and proved in court in due form of law by the oath of Thomas H. Blount a subscribing witness thereto & ordered to be recorded & Jno. G Blount at the same time come into Court & qualified as Executor Thereto.
