December Session 1764
Read the petition of Thomas Owens pray the court to appoint a guarden to Adam Owens orphan of John Owens &c. Ordered that Thomas Owens be and is appointed guardain to the sd. Adam Owens & enters Joshua Alexander & Isaac Hassell in the sum of one hundred pounds proc. money.
Personally appeared Thomas Owen, Isaac Hassell & Joshua Alexander & acknowledge their bond for the guardainship of Adam Owens orphan of John Owens deceased.
March Session 1765
Thomas Owens exhibited an inventory of the estate of Adam Owens orphan of John Owens deceased which has come to his hands and possession as guarden & proved the same upon his oath ordered filed.
