October Session 1805
Ordered that Ammon Owens have leave of administration on the estate of Thomas Owens Junr. deceased and hath given bond in the sum of one thousand pounds Jeremiah Wynne and Henry Alexander securities.
Ordered that Ammon Owens have leave to sell the perishable part of the estate of Thomas Owens Junr. deceased and make returns to next court.
January Session 1806
Ammon Owens returned in open court on oath an account of sales of the perishable estate of Thomas Owens Junr. filed.
Ordered that Ammon Owens administrator of Thomas Owens deceased have leave to sell the perishable property of Thomas Owens deceased and make returns next court.
April Session 1806
Ordered that Ammon Owens have leave to sell the perishable part of the estate of Thomas Owens deceased and make return to next court.
July Session 1806
Ammon Owens returned in court an account of sales of part of the property of Thomas Owens Junr. deceased on oath.
Ordered that Isaac Patrick Jno. Owens and John Alexander Constable audite the accounts of the administrator of Thos. Owens Junr. deceased and make return next court.
October Session 1806
Major Isaac Patrick returned in court the audited accounts between the administrator of Thomas Owens Junr. deceased and the heirs and find the balance due the heirs of 84 pounds, 15 shillings & 11 pence.

Account of sales of the estate of Thomas Owens Junr. Date of sale is obscured by a stain. Purchasers include Isaac Owens (4), Patsey Owens (1), Isaac Patrick (1), Urior Patrick (1), Abram Alexander (2), Samuel Basnight (1), Amon Owens (3), Joshua Alexander (1), Joseph Basnight (1) and Uri Spruill (2). Most of items sold were cattle.
Transcriber's Notes:
The will of Thomas Owens in 1817 indicates that Thomas Owens Junr. was probably his son since Ammon Owens and Isaac Owens were
also his sons.
