June Session 1754
The petition of William Barns was exhibited into court praying an order that John King and Sarah Phelps and Ann Phelps orphans of Darby Phelps late of this county deceased be delivered to the care of Ann Owans which is according granted.
September Session 1754
John Hoskins exhibeted a petition praying an order for administration on the estate od Darby Phelps was acordingly granted, William Rapheld and William Chapman security in the sum of 100 pounds Procl. and ordered to sell the perishable part of sd. estate.
