Personley came Mary Phelps and Joseph Cradock before me and made oath upon the Holy Evangilest of Allmighty God that Joseph Phelps gave and bequeathed upon his death beed and in his proper sences what was his Estate before he married.
To Joshua Phelps and John Phelps and the money that is due on the account of the land I give to you to; to divide as you see fit only you must pay Samuel Spruill what is due to him out of it and what was hers before married her lett her have but do not meddle with the hogs this sworn before twenty four houres January ye 8 1758.
