Ordered that Seth Phelps have leave of administration on the estate of George Phelps deceased and has given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds John Brickhouse Senr. & Mathew Brickhouse Junr. his securities.
Ordered that Seth Phelps have leave to sell the chattel property of George Phelps deceased and make return to next term.
June Session 1810
Seth Phelps returned on oath the inventory of the estate of George Phelps filed.
Seth Phelps returned in court on oath an account of sales of the estate of George Phelps deceased filed.
Ordered that Jesse Alexander Abner Alexander & Levi Batman audite the estate of George Phelps deceased and make return to next court.
