May Session 1778
Mrs. Joanna Phelps exhibited an inventory on oath of the estate of Rheuben Phelps deceased; ordered to be filed.
Mrs. Joanna Phelps craved administration in open court on the estate of Rheuben Phelps deceased; granted and gave as security Joseph Spruill & Simion Spruill Esqr. in the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds & qualifyd thereto.
Ordered that the perishable part of the estate of Rheuben Phelps be exposed to sale - return be also made to next court.
August Session 1778
Jeremiah Phelps exhibited an acct. of sales of the estate of Rubin Phelps deceased ordered filed.
April Session 1779
Joanna Phelps exhibited her account against the estate of Rubin Phelps deceased on oath of the sum 23 pounds, 19 shillings & 8 pence ordered to be filed.
