Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
January Session 1807
Ordered that Colo. Jesse Alexander have leave of administration on the estate of Zilpha Phelps and have given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds Richard Wood and Zebulon Tarkinton securities.
Ordered that Colo. Jesse Alexander sell the perishable part of the estate of Zilpha Phelps and make return to next court.
April Sesion 1807
Colo. Jesse Alexander returned in court an inventory of the estate of Zilpha Phelps filed.
Colo. Jesse Alexander returned in court on oath an account of sales of the movable estate of Zilpha Phelps to the amount of 62 pounds, 17 shillings & 7 pence.
Ordered that M. E. Cator Richard Davis and Henry Alexander Esqrs. be appointed to audite settle and divide the estate of Zilpha Phelps deceased and make return to next court.
