October Session 1798
John Clayton Esqr. returns in open court the accounts of James Pelsen with the administrator and find a balance due the estate of 112 pounds, 17 shillings & 8 pence as per returns filed.
January Session 1801
Ordered that the estate of James Pelsen deceased be reaudited and return made to next court.
July Session 1801
The audited account of Corben Jones vs James Pelsen was returned in open court by Jno. Clayton Esquire ordered filed.
October Session 1802
Ordered that Thomas Hoskins John A. Patrick & Thomas Liverman Esqr. be appointed to reaudite the account of James Pelsen deceased with Corbin Jones administration of said deceased and make return to next court.
February Session 1809
Joseph White return in court the audited accounts between Corben Jones Senr. and James Pelsu deceased and find a ballance due the estate of Pelsu six shillings & 6 pence account filed.

Administrators Bond approved October Term 1796 appointing Corbin Jones administrator of the estate of James Pelsen with John Clayton, Russel Armstrong & James Cohoon securities. Bond in the amount of 1,000 pounds.
