January Session 1802
Ordered that Devotion Perisho have leave of administration on the estate of James Perisho deceased and hath given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds Paul Thoroughgood Esqr. & Eliecim Swain securities.
Ordered that Devotion Perisho have leave to sell the chattel property of James Perisho & wife and make return to next court.
April Session 1802
Devotion Perisho returned in open court on oath the inventory of James Perisho Senr. deceased filed.
Devotion Perisho returns in open court on oath an account of sales of the estate of James Perisho Senr. deceased filed.
January Session 1805
Devotion Perisho returned in open court the audited account and division of the estate of James Perisho and a ballance appeared due the heirs of said James Perisho 20 pounds & 7 1/2 pence which was divided between the 4 heirs of the said James Perisho equally. {This could pertain to either James Perisho Junr. or James Perisho Senr.}

Account of sales of the estate of James Perisho Senr. and wife deceased on 15 Feb 1802. Purchasers and number of purchases were James Alexander (1), John Alexander (1), Morning Anderson (3), Maximilian Davis (2), William Melson (3), Isaac Patrick (3), Devotion Perisho (15) & Samuel Spruill (2). [Appears there was more than one page, but that is all that is there.]
Undated jacket saying D. Perisho's bond for administration on the estate of James Perisho deceased 500 pounds. This is followed by the bond in which all ink is faded except the signatures by Devotion Perisho, P. Thoroughgood & Elikim Swain.
Jacket dated January Term 1802 saying D. Perisho's bond for administration on the estate of James Perisho deceased 100 pounds. This is followed by the bond in which all ink is faded except the signatures by Devotion Perisho, Saml. Jackson & John Foster.
