October Session 1815
Ordered that Selby Patrick have leave of administration on the estate of Uriah Patrick and has entered into bond for one thousand pounds Z. Tarkenton & David Clayton his security.
Ordered that Selby Patrick administrator of Uriah Patrick have leave to sell the perishable estate of said deceased and make returns to next court.
Ordered that citation issue against Selby Patrick administrator of Uriah Patrick to appear at next court to show cause if any he has why execution may not issue against the goods of said Uriah Patrick for the maintenance of a bastard child begotten on the body of Betsy Alexander.
January Session 1816
The inventory and account of sales of Uriah Patrick was returned into court by Selby Patrick his administrator.

Bond dated 9 Oct 1815 in the amount of one thousand pounds appointing Sylby Patrick administrator of the estate of Uriah Patrick deceased, Zebulon Tarkinton & David Clayton securities.
File contains various other summons and judgements wherein the estate is trying to recover debts and one wherein Betsy Alexander a single woman is suing the estate for maintenance of a bastard child begotten on her body by Uriah Patrick.
