Patrick, John Jr., 1847
Petition October Term 1847 of Bartlet Jones Junr. and wife Louisa and Mariah Patrick, heirs at law of John Patrick Junr. deceased, who show that they are tenants in common of 90 acres joining Frederick Patrick, David Cooper and the heirs of Thomas Liverman, being the lands descended from John Patrick Junr. and to which Bartlet Jones Junr. and wife Louisa are entitled to half and Mariah Patrick is entitled to half. Petitioners pray a division of said land so they can enjoy their share in severalty.
Division 10 Dec 1847 of 90 acres belonging to the estate of John Patrick Junr. by Chas. McClees, James McClees, Fred E. Alfred & Quincy M. Sawyer. Lot 1 was drawn by Bartlet Jones Junr. and his wife Louisa and lot 2 was drawn by Mariah Patrick.
