Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
April Session 1817
Ordered that John Roughton have leave of administration on the estate of Elizabeth Roughton & has entered into bond in the sum of four hundred dollars gives for security Ava Smith & Richd. Davis qualifying agreeable to law.
Ordered that John Roughton administrator on the estate of Eliza Roughton deceased sell the perishable estate of said deceased & make return to next term.
July Session 1817
Jno. Rowton administrator of Elizabeth Rowton deceased returned an inventory of the estate of said deceased into court.
