Ordered that the heirs of John Roughton deceased have leave to sell & divide amongst said heirs as much of the said estate as will make the ? inventory good and that Saml. Spruill & Lemuel Basnight & Selby Patrick be appointed to divide the same and make return to next court.
January Session 1814
The division of the estate of John Roughton deceased was returned to court & ordered filed.
