December Session 1753
Mathew Casewell exhibeted a petition praying an order for administration on the estate of John Rogers deceased which is accordingly granted. Jacob Blount, Thos. Winn securitys in the sum of one thousand ounds Procl. money.
An inventory of the estate of John Rogers was entered into open court and proved by the oath of Mathew Casewell.
March Session 1754
An account of part of the estate of James Rogers was proved in open court by the oath of the sheriff.
Mathew Casewell administrator of James Rogers deceased exhibeted an acount of the estate of the sd. deceased amounting to five pounds & four pence Proclamation money which is by this court allowed.
