Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
August Session 1774
On motion of Thos. Jones Esqr. for a division of the estate of Charles Rhodes deceased to {unreadable} his legal representatives remaining in the hands of Steven Swain Esqr. undivided & that Capn. Joseph Spruill Joseph Spruill Benjamin Spruill & Hawkins Spruill divide the same & make return to next court.
Account of sales of part of the estate of Charles Rhodes deceased was proved in open court by the oath of Joseph Hardison administrator let it be recorded.
February Session 1775
An inventory of the estate of Charles Rhodes was proved in open court by the oath of Joseph Rhodes.
October Session 1779
Mr. Joseph Hardison admor of Charles Rhoads exhibits his acct. against the said estate and there appears to be due to said Hardison the sum of 36 pounds, 2 shillings & 9 pence ordered to be filed.
