Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
September Session 1765
On motion of Jasper Charlton atty. in behalf of William Newbould for administration on the estate of Crosby ? Ray deceased as principal creditor ordered that the said William have administration of the sd. estate he having made oath of his debt & the widow of the deceased having been summoned who did not claim the sd. administration and that he give security in the sum of fifty pound procl. money which security is given by Henry Gray and William Hassell.

John McKildo exhibited an account of sales of the goods and chattels of Crosby Ray deceased ordered filed.
