Writ dated 24 Oct 1831 to take the body of Samuel Rogers and have him before a Justice of the Peace on 24 Oct 1831 to answer unto Horace Ely, administrator of John Salisbury of a plea that he render unto him $43.37 1/2 which he unjustly detains to his damage $50.
