Ordered that Samuel Simmons have leave of administration on the estate of America Simmons and have entered into bond in the sum of one hundred pounds Stephen Sawyer & Ruben Cahoon securities.
Ordered that Samuel Simmons administrator of the estate of America Simmons sell the estate of said deceased agreeable to law & make return to next term.
