October Session 1782
Ordered that John Warrington have administration on the estate of William Smith alias Ludford his giving security in the sum of five hundred pounds specie which is accordingly given by Colo. Hezekiah Spruill and Nathan Hooker.
Ordered that all persons that have any of the estate of William Smith alias Ludford in their hands deliver up the same to John Warrington Esqr. administrator of the estate.
