July Session 1817
Ordered that Isaiah Sawyer have leave of administration on the estate of William Smith deceased and has entered into bond in the sum of two hundred & fifty pounds Leven Sawyer & William Simmons security.
Ordered that Isaiah Sawyer administrator of the estate of William Smith deceased sell the perishable estate of said deceased & make return to next term.
October Session 1817
Inventory & account of sales of the estate of William Smith was returned to court upon oath by Isaiah Sawyer the administrator & filed.
July Session 1819
Ordered that John A. Patrick Joseph White & David Clayton be appointed to audite & settle the estate of William Smith deceased with his administrator & make report to the next term.
Ordered that John A. Patrick Joseph White Timothy Jones & William Alfred lay off to Cyntha Smith widow of William Smith deceased one years provision agreeable to act of assembly in that case made & provided & make report to the next term.
October Session 1819
Report of the years provision of Cyntha Smith widow of William Smith was returned in open court allowed & filed amounting to sixty thre dollars & seven cents in cash.
Report of auditors on the estate of William Smith deceased was returned in open court in order to be filed no balance due.

Bond dated 14 Aug 1817 in the amount of five hundred & fifty pounds appointing Josiah Sawyer administrator of the estate of William Smith deceased, William Simmons & Leven Sawyer securities.
Laying off of the years allowance on 14 Oct 1819 to Sinthey Smith widow of William Smith deceased. All of the estate having been sold by the administrator, she was allowed 63 dollars and 7 cents.
Audit & settlement of the estate of William Smith deceased with the administrator Josiah Sawyer on 7 Oct 1819.
