January Session 1829
Ordered that Enoch Smith be appointed administrator to the estate of Lodawick Smith deceased & that he enter into bond & proceed as the law directs & gives for security Charles McClees & Benj. Chambers.
Ordered that Enoch Smith administrator of the estate of Lodawick Smith have leave to sell the perishable estate of said deceased.
July Session 1830
Ordered that Demps Liverman, Charles McCleese & Jos. White audite & settle the estate of Lodwick Smith with the administrator Enoch Smith and report to next term.
October Session 1830
The audited account of the estate of Lawick Smith with the administrator Enoch Smith was returned into open court balance due the estate of $3.87.
October Session 1833
Ordered that Enoch Ludford be appointed guardian to Ludford Smith.
