Smith, William, 1799
Summons dated 26 Oct 1799 for Risden Bozman to appear before a Justice of the Peace to answer charges of debt by Robt. Armistead administrator of William Smith deceased. Judgement was made by W. Fagan and appealed by the defendant.
Deposition by Levin Bozman on 26 Jan 1801 that he was present at Capt. William Smith's house two or three months before he was drowned when he asked Risden Bozman for the loan of forty shillings to pay for a cask of lime which was then paid by said Risden.
Account of Wm. Smith with Henry Hooten showing purchase of a cask of lime and payment of 1 pound & 10 shillings by R. Bozman.
Execution dated 28 Apr 1801 and issued 7 May 1801 against Robt. Armistead administrator of William Smith deceased in a suit by Risden Bozman for debt and court costs.
