In the name of God, amen- I Seth Sanders of Tyrrel County and State of North Carolina, being of sound and perfect mind and memory, blessed be God for it, do this thirty first day of December in the year of our Lord 1845, make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say-

First- I lend to my loving wife Ziba Sanders the tract of land on which I now live to her use and benefit during her natural life and at her death I give it to my son John Sanders and his heirs forever, together with one bed and after my death and my debts are paid, I give the balance of my property to be equally divided between my four daughters Nancy, Martha, Elizabeth and Mary, and I hereby make, and ordain this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I the said Seth Sanders set my hand and seal this the 4th January 1846-
