The petition of Roger Snell read praying a division of the estate of John Snell deceased. Granted.
Ordered that Giles Long Esqr., Saml. Spruil Senr. & John Cheson be and are hereby appointed to devide the estate of John Snell deceased amongst his children or any two of the afsd. deviders & make their return to next court.
