July Session 1793
Ordered that Major Charles Spruill have leave of administration of the estate of William Spruill deceased and give bond in 500 pounds Col. John Warrington & Robert Wynne securities.
Charles Spruill administrator of William Spruill deceased exhibits into court an inventory on oath of the estate of the said deceased & filed.
Ordered that Charles Spruill administrator have leave to sell the perishable part of the estate of William Spruill deceased & make return to next court.
Evan Skinner Deputy Sheriff exhibits into court an account of sales of the estate of William Spruill deceased son of Joseph to amount of 113 pounds, 12 shillings & 6 pence filed.
July Session 1798
Ordered that Hezekiah Spruill orphan of William Spruill deceased be bound to Charles Spruill Esqr. till he arrives to lawful age the said master is to learn the said apprentice to read right and cypher as far as the rule of three.
Ordered that Frederick Spruill orphan of William Spruill deceased be bound to Charles Spruill Esqr. till he arrives to lawful age the said master is to learn the said apprentice to read right and cypher as far as the rule of three.
