In the name of God, amen, I Milley Spruill of the State of North Carolina, Tyrrel County, being of sound mind and memory, do make this my last Will and Testament, revoking all others heretofore made.

Item- first- I give and bequeath to my guardian Jeremiah Wescott Cox one green chest-

Item- 2d. I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Mahala Cox one blue flowered chest-

Item- 3d. I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Mary Elizabeth Spruill and Mahala Cox one bed and furniture which is now in the possession of the said Mary E. Spruill to be equally divided between them-

Item- 4th. I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Mahala Cox one hundred dollars, to be raised out of the sale of my personal estate, or the notes of hand, which are due me.-

Item- 5th. I give and bequeath after the payment of the above legacies the remainder of my estate to my three grand children Viz. Jeremiah Wescott Cox, Mahala Cox, and Mary Elizabeth Spruill to be equally divided between them share and share alike. I hereby constitue and appoint my esteemed friend Jesse Sanderson my executor to execute the purposes of this my last Will and Testament.

The foregoing last Will and Testament of Milley Spruill was duly proved in open court by the oath of Jos. McClees one of the subscribing Witnesses thereto, and ordered to be recorded at the same time Jesse Sanderson was duly qualified as the executor thereof-
