Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
April Session 1804
Ordered that Charles Spruil Junr. have leave of administration on the estate of Josiah Spruill deceased and hath
entered into bond in the sum of two hundred pounds Benjamin Spruill Esqr. and Peter Marriner securities.
July Session 1804
Charles Spruill Junr. returned on oath the inventory of the estate of Josiah Spruill deceased also the account of sale of the said deceased's estate to the amount of twenty eight pounds 12/10 filed.
August Session 1808
William Spruill returned in court the account of the hire of negroe Ned the property of the orphan of Josias Spruill for the year 1808 to amount 54 pounds & 4 shillings also for the year 1806 the sum of 60 pounds & 20 shillings.
