Ordered that John Bateman constable deliver to the next term Behue Spruill son of Behue Spruill deceased in order to be delt with as the law directs.

Appears on 1800 Tyrrell County census as Abihu Spruill, age 16 to 25, with one male under 10 and one female 16 to 25.
Rosana Spruill appears on the 1810 Tyrrell Census, age 26 to 44, with one male under 10, one male 10 to 15 and one female 10 to 15.
Tyrrell County marriage bonds show the marriage of Rosina Spruill to Frederick Davenport Jr. on 12 May 1813, Silby Spruill security.
This is a possible remarriage.
