January Session 1832
Ordered that William Spruill & Imri Spruill be appointed administrators on the estate of Uzziah Spruill deceased who entered into bond with Jeremiah Wynne & Danl, N. Bateman securities.
July Session 1832
Imrie Spruill one of the administrators of Uzziah Spruill returned into open court on oath the inventory and account of sales of said Uzziah Spruill deceased also a copy of an advertisement notifying creditors.
January Session 1833
Imri Spruill administrator of Uzziah Spruill returned into court the hire of negro Mary (?) of his estate for the year 1833.
January Session 1834
Imri Spruill returned into court account of the hire of the ? of Uzziah Spruill for 1834.
Ordered that Samuel B. Spruill, Daniel N. Bateman, Henry Alexander, David M. Sergent, David Clayton, James A. Spruill & Jno, Haughton Esqr. audite & settle the estate of Uzziah Spruill with the administrator.
Ordered that Imre Spruill be appointed guardian to Collins Spruill orphan of Uzziah Spruill with Samuel Rogers, H. H. Alexander & James A. Spruill securities.

Bond dated 23 Jan 1834 in the amount of $10,000 appointing Imri Spruill guardian of Collin E. Spruill orphan of Uzziah Spruill deceased, Samuel Rogers, George H. Alexander & James A. Spruill securities.

One bull that had been astray in Martin County was sold at Hamilton on 18 Oct 1834 for $9.55.
Woman Winney hired out at Watsons Mill on 2 Jan 1835 for one year for $20.
Account of the sale of negro Sam at Halifax on 1 Sep 1834 for %550 pursuant to court order due to his bad conduct.
Terms of hiring out of the negroes of Collin E. Spruill on 5 Jan 1835 for one year. The fellows and boys will have three
shirts, three pair of trousers, 2 for summer and 1 for winter, 1 jacket for winter, 1 pair of double sole shoes and stockings and
1 hat and blanket. The women and girls must have 2 shirts, 2 frocks, 1 pair of stockings, 1 pair of shoes. 1 hat and 1 blanket,
all of them full made garments. All of them to be kept from working at fisheries or going by water.
